First my bill that had already been paid was sent to collections, then no notification of any kind to pick up my prescription even though I signed up for text alerts. The unbelievable amount of unprofessionalism is staggering but as we know this countries medical system is on the verge of incompetent anyway, know we know why."

"This is the worst pharmacy that I have ever had to deal with. They refused to send my medication to a different pharmacy after it was requested and they were very unhelpful. I will not be returning to them. They also refused to make sure my epi-pen would not be expiring soon even though it costs over 200 dollars and I have to get a new epi-pen every time it expires.. They are the worst."

"I sure wish before they went live with this new pharmacy system that they would have alerted us of how things were going to go. I was told to fill them on line using my mercy then when I get there and it's not ready they tell me that only works if it's been filled on the new system, but how am I supposed to know this. I wasn't told I wasn't sent a letter I wasn't sent a message on my mercy.... nothing.Very frustrating if I had been told the procedure other than O be patient with us I would have felt better about 2 months later!!!!!!!"
