"Every month they are trying to say that we didn't pay our rent, or that we didn't pay in full, when we have! We keep having to go down and show our receipt and they've tried to take us to court and sent a sheriff numerous timestimes when we have done nothing wrong and have paid!! Whoever is collecting the rent or processing it into the computer needs to be fired!! UPDATE: I really don't appreciate you trying to lie about it. You are fully aware of this this has happened four or five times we have to keep showing our receipt and you keep trying to send this to court or put eviction notices on our door when we have paid in full. Don't need to reach out, I already have when we had to show our receipt again."
"The walking paths/sidewalks are in dire need of repair, and it'd be a nice addition if the parking lots had overhangs. Don't know if the pond is Price Brothers business, but there a lot of trash around the banks."
"I lived there before my move to Texas and I loved these apartments. They have a gorgeous hidden landscape with the lake. The decor of the buildings is beautiful. Lovley amenities. The staff is excellent. They listen to your needs, handle business quickly and smoothly, and solve issue immediately. They even do special services during the holidays, like wrap your gifts for you, or fun activities like nacho nights with free nachos ( they were delicious). The other tenants are kind. All around a wonderful choice."
"Do not rent from here especially if you're a veteran! They are the worst rental agency I have ever worked with. The front office staff is worthless. They are not there to help you in any capacity. They were notoriously bad about not letting you know all of your options when dealing with them. They will only make you aware of the option that makes only their life easiest. If you do not conform to it. They will target you, making sure never to help you or drag their feet when they're forced to. Lastly, I had to deal with roaches the entire time I lived here. Not just a couple, an infestation. I noticed on other reviews Millcreek says they did not know. That is a lie. Neighbors of mine and I all spoke to them about it. It was just another ball dropped by their front office that they blamed others for. Bottom line is, it may be a cheap apartment (for good reason), but you end up spending the money elsewhere."
"I lived here from 2019-2020 for about a year. This was my first apartment, and I enjoyed the area which is close to shopping centers, grocery stores and a running trail. Areas were always cleared with snow and there was good lighting. Sometimes I felt unsafe by loud neighbors. I complained once about extremely loud music in the middle of the day that was shaking my wall and an agent came by almost immediately. The staff is fairly nice and I never had a maintenance problem that went unfixed. However, there were many maintenance problems. My air conditioner leaked, faucet broke, garbage disposal broke, toilet tension rod broke off from rust. The worst thing about these apartments is the feeling you are getting ripped off for the price. It's a bit much when you have to pay for sewer, water and energy. Some units have wall air conditioners like an old motel. These are extremely inefficient, and with one bedrooms, there is only one vent in the entire apartment. I would keep my thermostat at 65 in the WINTER and would still have over $100 in energy bills. They need to seriously update their units like this. It was also completely filthy when I moved in. I was really upset about this, and the agent (who is no longer there) was pretty rude about it. The bathroom was the worst since my fixtures were potted and there were hard mineral deposits on the tub that could not be scrubbed away. I was really disappointed in that. I made sure to clean the unit as best as I could when I left, and I got my full deposit back. In all, it was a good first apartment."
