"We love our new apartment!!! Everything is new and beautiful and bright. Our favorite thing is all the natural light that comes in. Although it’s a lot smaller from the apartments we came from the layout makes the flow of the apartment seem bigger. Staff and maintenance are always friendly and respond very quickly. We also feel a lot safer being right next door to the police department and the outside of the buildings are well lit at night. Highly recommended moving here!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Love the place! The apartments are super nice. No problems with management. Two big negatives: The first being that there is only one place to dispose of trash for the whole complex- and it’s a compactor. It’s small and fills up fast and is not dealt with as often as it should. If they keep the compactor instead of replacing it with regular dumpsters, then they need at least 1-2 more with the amount of apartments they currently have. The second being where the stairs were built. Definitely a major design flaw. Our apartment is on the bottom level with the stairs built right against our living room wall. Every time, and I cannot stress this enough, EVERY TIME someone goes up or down the stairs it is LOUD and it shakes the wall and anything hanging on that one wall."

"Great apartment and area. The office people are always nice to deal with, even when it’s stressful. Apartments are relatively new, and well maintained. With them being like brand new a couple doors have settled and they have fixed promptly. Best apartments for the price!"

"Highly recommended. Management is absolutely excellent. Maintenance is handled very quickly when needed and they are friendly and efficient. Quiet community with great walking paths, decent amenities, and nice apartments."

"We moved in 3 months ago. So far our interactions with the staff have been nothing short of awesome. They have significantly exceeded our expectations. We had to wait for our unit to be built, but it was worth it. The living room area could use a little more square footage, but the bedrooms and bathrooms are huge. Our unit has been pretty efficient electricity wise. Even set at 71°, the ac only kicks on a few times a day in 100° heat. The maintenance staff has not only been prompt, but has been kindly accommodating and friendly. Office Staff has gone out of their way multiple times to help. Rent is a bit above average, and it was something I was on the edge about prior to moving in....but we absolutely have gotten our money's worth with the perks and service."
