"The Evergreen Apt in gardner ks have black mold confirmed and verified by a professional mold company it exists on a toxic level. The apt Mgr Donna took 3 weeks, to even get anyone else there and is doing nothing. I heard their other properties have the same issue. Can't verify those but can evergreen"

"We lived here for two years and we absolutely loved every minute of it! The place is quiet and conveniently located near everything you need! Francis is absolutely amazing, and so is the other people that work there! They are quick about everything and are on top of things if something needs fixed! We never had to wait more than a few hours to get something fixed no matter the time! They make you feel so welcomed and at home with absolutely no stress! Pet friendly and great place for families with kids of any age! Would recommend past 5 stars if I could!"
