"Let me just save you a headache and the regret. DO NOT MOVE HERE! These units are old, small, rusty, and dirty. They do not fix anything and barely clean before moving someone in and after you’ve spent your money to keep up the unit and look past it’s outdated features, they raise the rent on you. Cracks in paint/walls everywhere. The a/c makes a loud rattling sound and “cannot be fixed”. Cannot see out of any of my windows because the seals are probably all bad and panels have condensation build up. The community and the exterior of the buildings are not well kept. I’ve seen issues with wood rot, termites, mice in the garage because they aren’t sealed, and the ceilings in walkways have remained unfinished for 3 years. They have 1 good maintenance person. The trash compactor overflows every week, dirty mattresses and bags of kitty litter just left. They do not enforce the rules of standards on residents so people let their dogs poop anywhere for you to step in and leave trash and junk on their porches for everyone to see and smell. No proper landscaping and broken rain drains so there’s basically just dirt with roots coming out of the ground or mud when it rains everywhere. The highway behind the property is very loud all day and all night. The pool has been closed for 2 years. My car was stolen & broken into more times here than any place I’ve ever lived. For the most part, if you want your hard earned money to go towards a home you can be happy with, have minimal stress, not be dehumanized and keep your sanity, would not recommend the Reserve. They care more about you parking backed into a parking spot than they do about fixing any thing around this dump. Aaand when our building caught on fire and we had to move out, they forced us out in 1 day, barely gave us any time to get our things, and some people got to move to other units and others were told they were full, yet had leasing now flags out front. So disappointed in this place and actually glad we got away from here."
"The only thing nice is the location. And honestly, that is starting to become a pain as well. I've lived here a little over a year. After my lease was up, I transferred to a "new" unit. Where I was lied to about what the rent was. They also tried scamming my roommate for more money. My dryer vent needed cleaning, but the maintenance/office refused to come clean it. They've told me that they've attempted to, but my roommates disagree and say they never attempted to even enter our unit. You'd think they'd be more professional about it, considering a building was on fire a month ago! When I transferred, I used to have a garage but none of the garages next to my new building were available, so I dropped it and was told that I'd receive both my garage deposit as well as my deposit for my original unit in the mail. That was September, it is now November, still have not received either deposit. My car got broken into at the end of August, right in front of a security camera. I'm sure it is just there for show though, because I haven't heard anything from the police or anything regarding my case. They also have their hours of operation posted on their building, their website, and on Google. But surprise, they work when they want to! At least that's how it feels! The office is never open when they should be according to their hours of operation. Which, for those who work normal day to day jobs, is extremely frustrating! The office staff have always been extremely immature and extremely unprofessional. If I could rate lower than 1 star, I would. I hope this gets the attention of someone who gives a damn!"
"Nice apartments, THE absolute worst leasing office, they need to be fired. They try won’t send a lease, but gave us the keys. They knowingly showed us the wrong apartment, and the more expensive one. They do not communicate."
"I've lived here for about two years now. I have things I like and things I don't. Pros: • Location. The location is amazing for the price. • Responsiveness of the maintenance team. They're pretty good and get to things quickly. I always see them around the buildings. Cons: •Managent. I've gone through a lot in two years and the current team is okay. They don't seem to really care about things. The hours are arbitrary. What's posted isn't true. They leave early often and aren't here on Saturdays. • Maintenance. I request to be contacted before entry each time and they never do. Luckily I have a camera in my living room that will alert me when they come in. Things I wanted fixed when I moved in still haven't gotten done. • Lack of communication. There's barely any communication. Want to know what the pool hours are? Nothing. No signs and you're lucky if the pool gets unlocked on the weekends. Banned dog breeds? Randomly added and no communication on it. Overall, the location is great and the cost for the size is fine. But there's a big room for improvement."
