"This is the summed up version of events. If there was a selection for zero stars I would choose it.This company was hired by and insurance carrier to remove a vehicle from my property. Nothing was said or signed releasing them of any liability. During removal they hit my gate bending it, hit my fence and ripped ** an entire run of it in the process (snapping t post in half). They made zero attempt to make it right after saying they would. I called, emailed and texted them over 25 times, typically not getting a response. They just ignored the problem hoping it would go away. The few times they responded, they would tell me theyre working on getting payment from the vendor they hired. This went on for a year, as I was misled and lied to Janel V and Caiti H. I have pictures, text and documentation from them."

"Thankfully after 4 hours of incompetence by AAA they sent us to Transit Pros to get a tow truck out to our camper and truck that needed towing. If they didn't we'd still be out on the highway 10 hours later. The only reason we are home is Transit Pros. Nicole is amazing and she actually cares. She got us out of a completely unsafe situation when AAA could not do a thing. AAA could not find a single tow and she got me not just one that was 2 hours out, but called back with one that would be there in less than an hour. A few other people over there were amazing helped us out in this saga with AAA, but I can't remember their names. Everyone there is great and especially Nicole who I felt like I was calling my sister to help me. She was my sanity with cars going by at 90 and a 121 heat index. We're home and safe tonight thanks to these guys."

"This company is probably the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Said they will call back in a time frame, never call back. Never give updates. Never make you feel like anything is under control or being handled. If you ever use them through GM save yourself and ask for a different tow company. I cannot stress enough how inadequate this company is. Couldn’t get a truck towed for almost a 24 hour period, finally had to resort to calling GM back, canceling the entire process and go through it all again trying to get a different vendor."
