"After getting a quote, I had a verbal conversation on the phone with them giving me an arrival window on my move date, but they only sent me a receipt for paying my deposit and nothing confirming anyone was showing up within the verbally given window arrival time or directions for what to expect. I called the day of the move after the arrival window came and ended and left message. I got an entire contract emailed to me 30 minutes after the arrival time ended on the day of the move. Did they forget about me? Movers finally showed up and were rough with items, unhappy, and I felt like I was inconveniencing them the entire time - definitely didn't feel like they had any desire to be there or be gentle with my things. Since I didn't get the contract days ahead with what to expect, I was told they couldn't move some of my items that weren't stored within sealed taped boxes, but were too heavy for me to move myself. I was left with a lot of stuff to move in my car with my husband that would have been nice to have on the truck all at once. Once at the home, they were fast, but dirty hands left smudges on the fabric of my chair. I signed the form at the end and gave them all a tip since they were doing me a favor by bringing an older existing sofa into my garage. After paying, they moved the sofa and when they sat it down harshly, one of the wood legs snapped in half. Definitely get what you pay for!"
