"Horrible Customer Service. Called and emailed to get a pickup for a return. Heard nothing for 2 days then received a response. Wrote back right away. 4 more days pass by with no response. Over a week and still never received a pickup date so I called a competitor and was able to schedule a pickup same day. Told them I used someone else due to the long wait time and they said I should continue to use the competitor because they are faster."
"If you're delivering here beware. For one it's literally in a cave. The backing process is difficult. This is not a stop for new drivers!. Before you enter make sure you have food and water. These people do not care about your hours of service or how long they keep you. Also there is no wifi signal at all. Let your fleet manager know as soon as you get on sight because once your in the cave you are at their mercy. Don't look for any help from the receptionist. She actually enjoys reminding drivers there's no signal so it's not like you can call your company to speed up the process. Very poorly run place!"
"If you are having a product delivered by this company , be prepared for your item to be delayed at least a week and have terrible customer service. My item was purchased on Amazon and delivered by GFE. The item was originally scheduled to be delivered on the 15th. However, the shipper did not reach out to schedule a delivery time (since the item required a signature) until the 17th. This is after I had contacted the seller via Amazon. Delivery was then scheduled for the 18th. However, the driver called and explained that he didn't know how to get his truck under the bridges in Chicago. He said they normally put city delivery's in a van rather than a truck, but for whatever reason did not look at my address or plan at all to get this to me. There are multiple ways into the city in a truck, as I see trucks all the time. The driver said the item would be delivered on the 20th. I didn't hear anything else. I attempted to call the man who originally scheduled the delivery with me and left messages but he never responded. I reached out via Amazon again and the next day, the 21st the same man calls. He says they can deliver it the same day in about an hour. This was very inconvenient because someone had to stay home until 10:30 on a work day to accept this package that was a week late. This is a poorly run operation with terrible customer service. If I ever see any of my products being shipped by them, I will cancel the order. It's not worth the headache."
