"Firstly, I moved in this apartment complex just 4days ago. I needed an apartment quickly and I learned about someone at stadium who was looking for someone to take over her lease and I needed to have a room ASAP too. So I visited the too before anything and the girl I was taking over her lease told me that she put on a maintenance request because there were a lot of bad stuff in the room. I then decided to take over her lease because it would cost me less than signing a new lease and also I could see during a few months how life is there and if I didn’t like it I could easily move out. So before signing that lease take over contract, I asked the lady at the management office about if I needed anything to know about the contract specifically and about the damages that was in the room. She told me that it would be okay and that I wouldn’t be responsible for the damages already there. She also told me that she would put a maintenance request for me ( which She didn’t do and I figured it out later). So I signed the contract and I moved in on Thrursday night but the room was smelling SO BAD! I was about to through out and I couldn’t wait for my first night to go by as quick as possible. The next day on Friday, I told the lady about the issue again and she said that she’ll put the maintenance request. I then went for the weekend at my family’s house on Friday night hoping that they would fix the issue over the weekend. And they did not. So yesterday (Sunday) I came back finding this room still smelling bad and last night was awful even tho I plugged in two air fresheners. Today I called them and they told me that even tho it’s not me, I would be accountable for all those damages and for changing my carpet it would cost me $400 while when I was moving in I already paid $555 with the $450 rent for the month and they even didn’t clean or check the room prior to move in. Also the apartment itself needs so much to be fixed. My other roommates told me that they didn’t check after people before all us moved out and those people let all their stuff all over the apartment and it’s so gross there I’ve already spent just two nights but I hate it so bad. The lady who told me that I won’t be responsible for damages would maybe deny everything. The lease ends in July and I already can’t wait to move out of here after 2DAYS!! I feel like they’re just nice and look good at first just to make you sign the lease then after they don’t care about it. I even don’t know how I’m gonna live in this cause it’s gross and I don’t have the money to fix it and it’s not even my fault!"

"Lake Maddox and Brett Hall were an amazing help during my time at stadium view! They was very patience as well as very helpful whenever I needed anything. They made the stay there 10 times better than it already was. I recommend anyone living at stadium view it is truly a great place to live! Lake was amazing at talking and communicating with me! Brett was great whenever I needed something fixed. I even watched him pressure wash my patio deck! Really awesome of those guys"
