"Update: After moving out, the security deposit was not returned. No itemized list or reason was provided for why the deposit was not returned. This marks a disappointing end to an incredibly disappointing rental experience. I have never lived in a more disgusting apartment in my life. We moved in three weeks ago to find carpets filled with dirt, roaches infesting the kitchen, leaks in every single sink, and the refrigerator can barely get down to 40 degrees. We have called the main office multiple times to get help fixing these things and not a thing has been done. Before we moved in the owner told us any problems we had would be fixed within two days, but its been weeks and we haven't heard a thing back from them. There is literally higher quality housing in the projects. Please beware."
