"Was driving westbound on 435 in Overland Park. Speed limit is 65. Truck 949 came up and tailgated me very closely for about one and one half miles; I was going 68 miles per hour. He then cut another driver off to try and pass me on my right side. He proceeded to tailgate the driver I was passing on the left side then cut off another driver to get back behind me; he then threw his arms into the air. After tailgating me for another half mile he passed on my left side while tailgating another tractor trailer. He then without signaling cut me off, causing me to sharply slow down to avoid hitting him. This driver then proceeded over into the far right lane to get onto i35. Your drivers are dangerous and will in fact cause an accident. This occurred around 1222 Central Standard Time on 5/30/2019."
