"No security/gates always opened. Call box never works. Packages stolen. Takes days to do laundry. Weak internet. Grills in courtyard always dirty and only one hardly works. Addressed these issues many times nothing seems to change. Definitely not living here again."

"I lived at these apartments for one year. I didn't have an awful experience, but I was definitely ready to leave. The apartments have so much potential but are very poorly managed and poorly staffed. Most of the staff that works there does not really know what is happening at any given time, and they are unprofessional. The washer and dryer combo is very cheap, breaks, and never fully dries clothes. The bathrooms are poorly designed because the closet is in the bathroom without a door so when you take showers, mold will grow on your clothes. The apartments are very poorly cleaned. The hallways are messy and stink, there is dog poop everywhere, and trash is all over the place. The people that watch the parking garage are vultures that will find any tiny reason to ticket you and actually yelled at a family member who was dropping something off to me for two minutes. I took extremely good care of my apartment and spent hours cleaning it before I moved out and still got charged outrageous cleaning fees. They sent out emails that say to contact them at a certain email, but that email does not work. Please avoid living here. It might look cool, but it is not worth it!"

"I lived at Cresco for about a year and a half. I enjoyed my apartment but it did have a problem with mold growing in the closet/bathroom area in the humid times of year. My neighbors at Cresco we’re very noisy (music, yelling, dogs) but there are probably different tenants now. Some office members are nice and some are not. I was told utilities were included upon move in but I always had an extra fee every month even though I was living conservatively. The maintenance crew was great and came quickly. The move out process was easy. It’s not a terrible place to live. I enjoyed my time in spite of the issues."

"One of the worst apartments I have ever lived in. It definitely has nothing to do with Park East themselves, as I have lived in Sky Eleven which is managed by the same company however between the maintaince problems and surrounding residents the Cresco was awful. I had to have the washer and dryer replaced numerous times. Trash pick up stopped about 3 months into the lease, and the dumpsters location is extremely inconvenient. Cigarettes are left everywhere around the Cresco along with other trash. My TV constantly had issues, along with my AC/heat. I purchased a parking pass to park in the garage thinking it would be safer however anyone has access to this garage including the homeless who tend to hangout in the garage and surrounding areas of the Cresco."

"The staff at the leasing office went above and beyond to make sure I could get moved in on time and that my apartment was clean. Chase was so professional and anytime I call the office for help on anything he always makes sure everything’s taken care of. I was completely clueless as this was my first lease. He explained all the terms, the discounts downtown — and anything he couldn’t answer he made sure someone else could assist me. He definitely made the move in process a piece of cake.
