All the front desk personnel are friendly, helpful, and fast! Everything that has ever been dropped off here has arrived to its destination quick and intact. "RUDE horrible customer service at this location. Went to drop off 2 identical boxes (around 4:30 on 12/30/23) that Amazon gave me 1 return label for and she asked if I had a bigger box I could put them in. I said "they are identical, simply tape them together and you have 1 box!" She replied, we can't use that much tape. Wow! These were small boxes - so I had to buy their overpriced tape and sit there and wrap the 2 boxes together because the 2 girls working were rude and ignorant! Never using this location again."

"Do not do business here. Go to the one on kearney or sunshine. They are rude and demanding. Why do you need my drivers license for a simple shipment to Wisconsin? It's none of your business what is in my box if I declare it not hazardous, etc. Makes me think they are theives being that nosy for exact details!!"
