"Im writing this for a friend. Landmark National Bank Took $140.00 Dollars from her and she has Never Done Business With Them. And She Had No Idea Who They Were Until I looked it up on my phone. I will be taking her to this bank Monday Morning."

"Worst place to bank at! I had an account less than a month when someone stole my information and made charges to my account! When I reported my card stolen they red flagged me and closed my account! Then they sent me a check for the remainder of what they owed me on a cashiers check that they forgot to sign!!! Never bank here and if you do just let people steal your money or they will make it out to be your fault and screw you around on the money they owe you!!"

"Service was very unprofessional. I work with a lady who does not speak English. I took her to deposit money into her account and then get two cashier's checks. Teller was irritated for some reason, maybe because we didn't do it the easy way? Well news flash, I'm not a banker so I don't know the easiest way. But I do know how to be courteous."

"The service i recieved today was absoulte horrible. I know so many people leaving this bank going to a different bank because this bank has really gone down since they switched to this from citizens. If your the only teller and your counting money and saying your too busy to help me go through the drive thru thats not right and very unprofessional. Im dissappointed. I will be closing my account soon with them and moving forward to a different one."
