"For a massive corporation that primarily deals with annoying customers, the people working here are always so patient and helpful to me (at least this has been my experience). If others disagree, perhaps it’s because they aren’t treating these workers with respect to begin with! Idk just a thought. Be nicer to your delivery people, especially during holidays."

"If I could give less than one star for this store, I would. It is now the month of December, and I have been dealing with them on a lost package from February! I have been into the store multiple times to inquire on my claim for the lost package and get nowhere! I have heard so many excuses and ways to stall! Nobody ever calls me back or takes any action at all. I just got off the phone with UPS customer service and they couldn't see any evidence that a claim was even filed! The dollar amount is small, but now it's just the principle!"

"My husband scheduled an appointment with the notary for today. He showed up on time, but was told the notary had left for lunch. He asked if they could check and see when they would be back because he is on his lunch break. They called and were informed that she would not be back in today. Would have been nice if someone could have let us know she would not be available ahead of time!"

"Katie was my cashier and she was so friendly and actually acted like she cared that I understood everything that I was doing. I have always gone to this store and had some bad customer service, but the good always out ways the bad, and I was really thankful for Katie today! Thanks UPS Store!"
