"“Handle with care” the employee’s at this UPS STORE. They bite. Not kidding. I’m looking for a new store. Sad because I live one mile from this location. My husband and I have used this store for as long as it’s been open. But things have changed the past 5 + years."

"Shipping boxes and bubble wrap are overpriced here just go to Walmart and spend 90% less. 1 box and bubble wrap for an Xbox cost $30. Never again!"

"The employee said they could not read the ID NUMBER from Amazon, sent me over to print labels, self serve. The employee scanning codes has never been a problem until the last two times."

"Never been treated so disrespectfully to pick up my husband’s package. I’ve picked up plenty of packages here with no problems but now, they Said that he can call to verify that I can pick up the package THEN changed her mind as I was calling and say I need a copy of his drivers license to pick up our package. No that we can even come back later since they close whenever they want no matter what the hours on the door say. Very lazy customer service."

I've never seen anyone on their smart phones spacing out, everyone working here takes their job seriously. I will be returning to this location."
