"First of all I thought you were supposed to be notified if you were going to be living near a registered sex offender and I was not. Horrible management, the lease you sign is NOT all you're agreeing to. Maintenance mostly patched not fixed things we had a window that was literally glued shut cuz the latch was broke and with there only being one door in all their units I feel all windows should be accessible to be used for fire escapes. We wanted out of these apartments ASAP and asked management what steps to take to move out AND receive our deposit of $1,400. I complied to their steps to take and was still screwed out of 14 hundred dollars."

"received a settlement bill from Bellcrest apartments in the amount of 557.00. 4 dip pans at 32.00 which i replaced 3, 2 bulbs at 10.00 a screen at 50.00 which i call to let them know this was not my doing and they said they would mark this in my file I have a 300.00 cleaning fee which I have video of how I left the apartment.  140.00 paint. This was a horrible experience. Management is a joke"

"They removed a majority of the reviews including mine. Every time I pass this place to get to work, it makes me cringe. Nothing but crooks and awful people involved here. They called the cops when I tried to get my move out fees from them, told the police while i was just standing there, that I was threatening their lives and calling them names. It had been almost two months at that time and I had yet to receive the notice. They kept all of my deposit and then sent me a bill for more. I told them if they tried to come after me for the money, I had all the evidence to sue them. Me and my Wife left the place spotless, and damage free. If springfield Development company Tries removing my review again, I will write another."

"The worst mistake I ever made on a place to stay! Between the $295.00 admin fee, The $250.00 pet fee & the final bill of $323.00 for carpet cleaning, painting walls & general cleaning. It was definitely NOT an cheap place to live for just 2 months! When they cleaned the carpet before I moved in it brought out smells so bad my wife & dog refused to stay with me! Unfortunately I did not have time to find another place as we had sold our house & were moving out of town, I was staying behind for my job! Cheap rent, but they find other fees & ways to make up for it! I will never be back there & hopefully will never need a place like there again! Here is a pic of the carpet when I moved in that they charged me to clean!"

"Just moved in a couple weeks ago! The apartment is definitely decent for the price, but I wish they would've replaced the carpets. They had them shampooed but they are still stained up and there is a giant tear in it in the living room that just got glued together. Parking is incredibly strict, which is good and bad at the same time. Make sure visitors park in visitor spaces. My one huge tiff is that the laundromat is semi-expensive, and often ends up being a waste of money. Many of the washers and dryers aren't in fantastic working order."
