"Nope. Rude as can be. I made some comment about my daughter getting information wrong about her prescription because she's 18 and communication isn't her strong suit. Person on the phone for real quiet and put me on hold. Then someone else got on the phone and was incredibly rude. Seriously I don't care if you're closer to my house. I will go to the store in Bentonville for better customer service."
