Walmart Pharmacy 2115 South Main Street, Grove, OK 74344

"The Walmart Pharmacy in Grove OK, as of November 3rd, 2023, is chaotic and unprofessional. They are unorganized and are essentially playing with my dogs' life by stating that they are out of stock of his medication and for me to go to Vinita and them saying they can not fill it. After calling the Grove one back, they said they did indeed have the medication; however, after going back to Grove yet again, they said they were out of stock. I will never use the Walmart Pharmacy in Grove OK ever again. Please be warned."

"I read some of these reviews and I really don't understand! I get my meds there and the people working there are really nice if your nice to them. I have witnessed several customers just really chewing the employees out for stuff that's not their fault or in their control. I'm really thinking these people saying they are rude are probably the people that chew out the employees. These people deserver the rudeness but I actually watch the employees be nice even to the people being rude to them. I have always been nice to them and they are nice right back and go above and beyond to help me when things get screwed up ( not their fault). And they are always very busy and I have never had them not answer the phone, sometimes I get put on hold but they get back to me very quickly. To those out there saying they are rude, try a little kindness to other people. If you are happy and nice the majority of people act the same way right back. Try it you might enjoy your life better!!"

"I would give a ZERO if it were possible!!! *I was scheduled to receive 2nd COVID shot-didn't get it due to WM Pharmacy gave away my vaccine to walk-ins and ran out. Apparently, I wasn't the only one as other scheduled 2nd shot vaccines showed up at the same time and were informed that the pharmacy was out of the vaccine. Question: What's the use of scheduling if you give away the "scheduled" vaccines? Does it not stand to reason that you would set aside the scheduled vaccines, the use the rest for walk-ins? Horrible business practices! I was informed that a questionable maybe, in the afternoon, they possibly would receive more of the vaccines. The pharmacy blamed the supplier for not bringing more of the vaccine the day before, but had no response when I inquired as to why they gave away MY vaccine to walk-ins earlier. Go figure...Wal-Mart... Walgreens took care of me. GREAT customer service!!! 5 other people showed up after me to receive their second shot with the same story as mine- Wal-Mart also gave away their scheduled vaccine."

"I would love to lend these people a better review, but, FIVE STAR reviews generally have to be earned. Pharmacy Manager in Grove, is a responsive and knowledgeable professional, however, the crew lacks the basic elements necessary for fast, efficient customer service.....PLUS the fact that SLOW, SLOW, SLOW is simply a part of the Pharmacy program at ALL WM Pharmacies. They know this, and so should you, to prevent even more disappointment."
