"DO YOURSELF A FAVOR STAY AWAY! $75,000.00 COACH WAS GUARANTEED EVERYTHING WORKED… we are into the thousand on repair within the first week of taking it out for the first time. Refrigerator didn’t work, was told by a technician we are lucky it didn’t start a fire because the thermo coupler wire was cut. Said someone had really jacked it up! $4,600 to replace. That’s not including the removal and putting in the new refrigerator. spoiled all our food…. 3rd air conditioner blocked off and not working, slide in bedroom broke the 1st time we put it out …. Living room slide coming out around right turns…. Numerous leak and water pressure issues. Satellite equipment removed… several wires cut. Stereo in bedroom removed. Took out the mattress in the couch. Water pump needed replaced. Toilet doesn’t flush, and tub has trouble draining. Steep cover broke after they “repaired “ it twice.. handrail broken… sound system doesn’t work throughout coach.broken fan in the bathroom and won’t work because the roof was leaking. Refuses to respond to phone calls, or emails. We believed RC when he guaranteed that everything worked… please don’t make the same costly mistake we did , nothing is guaranteed even if RC tells you it is. And once you drive off you’re on your own! BUYER BEWARE!"

"In the beginning they would had received 5 stars. I purchased a Newmar, prior to purchase we noticed the slide was not working properly & requested it to be fixed which they agreed. Upon returning home & opening the slide for the 1st time it snapped & broke. An email, pics & receipt was sent to RC for the repairs that I had to incur as we are 5 hrs away. Email was ignored for 2 weeks. My daughter had called several times from various phone # again phone was ignored and possibly blocked until she called from her work #. RC agreed to send reimbursement. Again he has been emailed & called with no response. It's been over 1 month now & still no response or reimbursement check. I feel 1 month is more than ample time to either respond, send check or hey I changed my mind. Next report goes to BBB. The motorhome has spent more time in the repair shop than in my possession."

"Let me tell you- it is unnerving to purchase an RV from 2,100 miles away. RC was beyond helpful and even did some custom work for us on it before shipment. Fair and upfront on cost, condition, timelines- everything. He was an absolute pleasure to work with- beginning to end- even when responding to texts that had to have been well after his closing hours. He worked with the shipper to get it moving early on a Monday with little notice, and it was delivered a day early even!
