"Charging 1.50 to take less than two seconds to tape a box up is price gouging, as is charging 2+ dollars to print out a packing label, bringing the total cost to bring a return to this store to over 3$ just to pay employees to do their job. Considering you're also paying for the shipping cost in many of those cases this adds up and overall creates a terrible customer experience. Employees also are generally unhelpful and completely disengaged- I've come in here several times where they barely acknowledge the customer and only talk to each other even when folks clearly need assistance."

"Beware of this store. They charged me 25% more than the online quote from the UPS site. $203 vs $162 quote.....and could not explain why. I had to ship but don't like being cheated."

"First off, I’m sooo glad this store is located so conveniently in Rogers whereas I would have to make the busy trip to the Bentonville location. I had the absolute BEST experience! The manager was BEYOND SWEET! And there wasn’t a line out the door, driving around praying for a parking spot, nor the crazy traffic like the Bentonville location. If you haven’t used this store, and live close in the Rogers are I promise you will not regret it! Will definitely be back!:)"
