Everything is done online which I love, no more money order or check drop offs, thank god, welcome to the 21st century. Real quiet place most people keep to themselves. Always notified ahead of time if there is any kind of maintenance so no unexpected visitors. Southcreek is located on the southwest edge of Springfield with easy access to north bound(West Bypass/FF) and east bound highways(James River) so its kind of a commuters dream, your in the suburbs but only have a 25 min drive from south west to north east Springfield. O did I mention there is a restaurant/bar within walking distance(Wire Road Brewing Company)."
