"This trailer park is Prospect Park and it is not a good place to live. I have black mold and weather damage and plumbing problems and everything and they refuse to fix anything and I'm a renter and even most importantly I have. Asthma and there's black mold in the trailer and they won't do nothing and recently. My rent money got stolen my card got hacked by one of their people. And they refuse to pay me my money back and they're charging me a bunch of late fees. Also they up charge people in here and they're just slum lords they're not good people. Also they're trying to implement Mississippi laws Tennessee laws in Arkansas laws in Missouri. And they can't do that they're trying evicting me within 5 days. Also they upcharged everybody's lot rent without no probable cause mine went from 495 to 5 75 50. So if you're thinking about living here or in Cedar Glen don't? It's not worth your money you will just get ripped off and tied into a lease which they'll tell you. You can't break the lease but you can."

"Working on 3 years living here. I don't feel charging the price they do for alot of these trailers is right, especially in this small town. Maintenance doesn't always give 100% like they should. Everyone knows your business. Some get held to higher standards than others. Cheapest rent we can find or we would have already been moved out. Place has ALOT of potential. Dean is AMAZING and will work thru almost anything you bring to him!"

"Liked this place at first. Even filed out papers to move in. But oh no I'm a harden criminal with a public intoxication in 2018 so they said we weren't eligible to live there. But come to find out they are trying to overrule everyone's contract and make them pay more before their contracts are even up. I guess that's for the best since they can't honor a contract. Let's you know what kind of people run that place."
