"Very poor customer service. Started by telling me it could be up to$200 to overnight an envelope. After christmas but ups is still utilizing holiday rates? One of the men wouldn't help other customers, instead he was slamming boxes around. Hope there was nothing breakable in them. The owner of this store should really get a handle on what this shift is doing. I will not use this store again."

"UPS Store 4970 has always given us great service. I understand that there has been a large personnel change, but it really hasn't hindered their service. A great amount of teamwork has been displayed when one associate is unsure of a procedure, they all work together for a solution. The only recommendation I would make would be to extend the hours by one. There already seems to be a fair amount of traffic at this store. Keep up the good work."
