"Okay so I'm going to be 100% honest review this company and this man Howard are slumlords when I first moved into the property there are some Outlets that didn't work out the back door leaks there had some issues when notified of this his response was I will send somebody 2 take care of it now for months later let's fast-forward issues are still there refuses to send anybody out because of these things we withheld rent and said we weren't going to pay it we let him know that as of the first of next month we would be out at which time later that evening he turns my electricity off right now it's 86 degrees in my home with no electricity because he wanted to be spiteful this company is an absolute joke is being ran by a lady that turns her nose down at anyone and they're better than people refuse to even give me an opportunity to rent he rented two my mother instead I warned anyone and everyone who will read this this man is no good he also made two of my neighbors vacate their premises within 48 Hours of giving notice which is also illegal it does against tenant rights and he's going to be held responsible for what he has done to me and my mom as well then do not rent from this man"
