"This pharmacy has always been a great place. I was once prescribed a medication that I was allergic to. I didn’t read the prescription before I left the doctors office. When I got to the pharmacy they immediately noticed this error, spoke with me to verify the allergy and called the doctor to get the prescription changed to something I wasn’t allergic to. Above and beyond kinda service. It’s under new ownership now. I think it’s still great. The employees are friendly and helpful always. Add that it’s local and so much more convenient and I’ll stick with them other than maybe an emergency middle of the night situation. Highly recommend you try this place if you haven’t already."

"I wish I could give this small town pharmacy a good review but I can't. It was almost like everything that could have gone wrong did. I needed two very common prescriptions and it felt like no one was listening to me and made very unprofessional mistakes. I live in Ash Grove but will transfer me prescriptions back to Walgreens in Springfield. The most upsetting part was they never apologized and made me feel like I was the one in the wrong."
