The Riff

"Terrible floor plan. We arrived at 6:09 for the 8 pm show. No seats left where you could see the stage. The screen didn't show the show and even if it did you still couldn't see it in the balcony. A group drove 2 hours and arrived after we did; including a disabled man who was a big fan and he wasn't able to see him play. If we didn't offer them seats at our table, they would have stood for 5 hours. 2 bartenders for the venue. No floor service. Long lines. Bottles piling up on all the tables and on top of that. they ran out of different favorites of beer by 7 and everyone kept downgrading. The acoustics were good so they get a one."

"My first time at Open Mic! It was amazing! Got to see a lot of talented people! Great seating! Amazing atmosphere! Decent prices on drinks and food. Open Mic was free entry. I will get going again!"

"The show itself was good. Waiting in line for over an hour while the bands already were playing and watched several groups of people who just popped in with no V.I.P. tickets was really annoying. They do not have enough parking and the venue is small. I saw a lot of people leave while waiting in line. They have an upstairs but they would not let anyone go up there, so unused space when there are ppl packed in.... I definitely hope the bands I love pick another venue. I don't want to go back to The Riff."
