The staff is always friendly, and more than happy to accommodate any requests I've had. From the time I opened up my personal and business account at this location, to the time my daughter opened up her first checking account, I've always felt they had my best interest at heart and were there to take care of all our financial needs."

"Update** Y’all have been having hardware issues for two and half years??? And still going bc I couldn’t get money again today! The atm is always out of money. You tell them and they always have an excuse for why they didn’t know. Drive thru staff is slow, rude, and unhelpful. I also am starting to feel this branch doesn’t care for black customers. I have watched how your staff interacts with your white customers and then when I get to the counter they no longer know how to speak and be friendly. I definitely thinking about finding somewhere else to go. The south branch on route 7 isn’t as bad. Such a generic response. And I stated more than just the atm. Your workers attitudes such. And they discriminate against black customers. It’s okay I am just going to move along. Because I see you only care about the atm."
