"I had to transfer my prescriptions to here when my pharmacy closed. And every month there is an issue getting my medicine. They will have some prescriptions ready. But every month there is an issue with the same medicine. They say the doctor did not send it. Or they need to talk to the doctor personally. And even if they talk to the doctor they probably won't get to it until Monday or Tuesday. This is Friday. Then when given exactly when the prescription was electronically sent. Date and time. They finally agree they do have it. But still not sure if they will fill it. The gal on the phone is very short in talking to me. Can't wait to get off the phone. And is rude. I understand you may be having a busy day. But you need to actually look things up. And correct any issues you may be having on your end. Some medicine is important and can not be put off in filling it for4 to 5 days. Please review your policies and procedures with your employees. I will be forced to go to another pharmacy that will be miles further out of my way just to be assured that I don't have to go through this every month."

"I've been going here for about 20 years and things have always been good in till lately I put in for a refill they said the contracted the dr well wait 24 hours went back they told me I needed contact the dr i they never got the message well the dr sent them a message i waited 24 hour went back they said they were waiting on the dr so I contracted the dr again and the message failed to send so on both ends no one checked to see if the messages were ever sent. No one checked to see if they failed to send the pharmacy never did check the dr did because of my calling so both places are at fault and when I got notified that my script was ready im at work and can't leave so I've be a week without my blood pressure meds"
