"Worst place to live in NWA. Kitchen leaks when it rains or snows because there is a huge gap behind the stove. The window upstairs was cracked upon moving in, A/C went out a couple times in the first year, neighbors just throw trash along the street in the neighborhood, people just let there dogs run everywhere with no leash, they will tow your families vehicle away if there parked in front of your house, Maintenance will enter your home unannounced even if your wife is home alone sleeping. I have never experienced such an unprofessional company, I will never rent or lease from these people again!"

"The management at this facility is utterly incompetent and has no control over their property. Additionally, the build quality of their residencies is exceedingly poor. Every day there are cars parked in the grass, which is prohibited under the lease terms, yet the management team has yet to put a stop to it after 6+ months of complaints. To date I have received strictly placating responses and seen no action taken, the issue continues on a daily basis. The management team is now also threatening to steal privately owned trash bins if they are not removed from the property in 24 hours of the scheduled pickup date. They are not only infringing on our rights they are outright breaking the law. There is also frequently large furniture items left along the roadside within the community and the management team does nothing about it besides sending threatening mass emails to all residents. There was an entire living room furniture set left outside along with multiple mattresses for multiple months with no action taken by the complex. As for the build quality, 2 out of 3 closets do not have lighting whatsoever, the "master" bathroom did not have a toilet paper holder upon move-in, and the AC was wired incorrectly so the town home was over 90 degrees upstairs. The resolution of the AC issue took nearly a month in the middle of the summer which created extended, unlivable conditions in the residency. I have lived here for nearly two years and had nothing but poor experiences. I will not be renewing and hope that no one else has the misfortune of unknowingly moving into this property."

"We have been living here when these townhomes were first built . Team here is always doing there routines of bug spray , if there is issue they are quick to fix the problem . Not to mention location is great is distance from everything"
