"Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, although I have found that sometimes they do not look at information correctly. Like asking about deposits from certain places, they will tell u it's not there when it actually is. My dad went in for something he needed for his taxes they gave him the wrong information, and it was for 2022. I have had several occasions lately where I have gone in and asked for a very small amount of cash back, and they have not given me the correct amount. They were short by over $100! Now, this is very concerning to me as it has happened more than once, employee was not new (and I believe but am not 100% sure it was the same employee). My receipt shows that the correct amount was taken from my account. However, that is not what I am given back. Before, when I needed to speak to a manager or someone in charge, I was told they do not have anyone at this location?!? That seems strange a bank that deals with money and no management on site???? I'm not sure what's going on with this branch, but someone might check into these things. Especially the incorrect amount of money being given back because it makes me if the some employees are dishonest and trying to keep money for themselves."

"The employees here are so kind and personable. They all went out of their way to help my husband and I get our car loan pushed through. They even gave us some extra time after closing to reach out to the loan processors in Lenexa. So thankful for these people!"

"Went to cash a check today. Ive cashed DOZENS of checks while not being a member. Today they charged me 3 dollars and said they have always charged 3 dollars which isn't true in my case."
