"My husband sat at the pharmacy for over an hour. He went into to fill a script with a RX directly from the doctors office, he was told they still needed to verify it with the doctors office and they had placed a call to the doctor. Again he sat there for an hour, they told him the doctors office never called. I called my doctors office they never received a phone call from the pharmacy. It took me 2 minutes to call the doctors office and ask them to call the pharmacy. First there should have been no reason to need verification from the doctors office and second if calls were made they should have been followed up on. A caregiver should not have to wait over an hour for a RX."
