"If I could leave a negative amount of stars I would. Extremely upset with my experience today. Called in a refill this morning, their automated system said it would be ready after 2pm, I waited until 5:30pm to go pick it up. Upon arriving I was told there was a problem with my insurance and that it would only take a couple of minutes to fix. After waiting about 15 minutes I went back to the counter and asked if it was ready, at which time I was told they were working on it and it would be "a couple more minutes". After waiting another 15 minutes I left, I will have my scripts sent elsewhere to be filled from now on!"
