"Mrs. Angie and her staff go above and beyond. Mrs Angie always has a smile on her face. The teachers all know our kids well and care for them so well. The school uses bright wheel so parents can view what the kiddos have done. Teachers also send photos and messages in bright wheel . We love Lloyds!"
"Do not send your child here. The director seems to think that it okay to feed the children cookies nearly every day for a snack, and packaged honey buns for breakfast..nothing but straight processed sugars. When it was brought to her attention, she simply said: "Well we've been doing it like this for 20 years"...great, doesn't make it right or healthy for those She would get food from the local food banks, instead of purchasing their own food for the center. There were numerous times that I saw food coming in with mold growing on it. Another issue that arose that I noticed, was the ant issue. During the summer it gets really bad, where I noticed ants crawling on a baby while in its crib. Another parent brought it to the owner's attention, and she just said "it's only going to get worse before it gets better" My own child would go hungry during the day, due to the poor state of food that they serve. So I would make sure he had something to eat when I picked him up. He was also very unhappy there, would cry most of the day. He would cling to me the second he saw me. Something is major off there. Normally, he's a very happy and social child, who loves people. There is no set curriculum, it's just basically a play all day type of scenario. I understand children learn through play, I am all for that. However, you can work a learning curriculum into it. You can do small circle times and songs with them. Read to the group on the carpet...something. But sadly none of the happens. It's always overly loud because kids are just running and yelling most of the time. They do not adhere to their own policy of unexpected drop-off times. They will put a child in a room when it is already at ratio-capacity, and not really care. The owner and director do not respect their employees or their time, and they certainly do not care for the children, only the money.."
"My daughter has been injured more at this facility than anywhere else..every time we inquire about it, it's a excuse. No action os ever taken to fix the problems we have had witu them. Somtimes they wont feed your kid, or change a diaper for eight hours. If you ask staff about the incident they lie through their teeth. Would not recommend to even the most desperate of people."
"All 3 of my sons had a GREAT experience at Loyd's Little Land Pre-School. The teachers knew their students well, communicated with parents regularly, and provided a good curriculum and head start for my sons before they entered kindergarten. We have a lot of adorable art projects, pictures of parties and programs the kids performed, and most of all a lot of wonderful memories. I would recommend Loyd's Little Land to any parents looking for an experienced well-rounded daycare and pre-school."
"Love Loyd's Little Land!!! Both my boys attended Loyd's Little Land, then attended the after school program after they became school age. We were blessed to find them!!"
