"Our loan officer, Tanner, was exceptional. Responsive, respectful, and informative. The underwriting team, however, at least in our case, didn't appear to have it as together as we would have hoped. It made the experience more stressful than it normally would have been. Simple things that, in our opinion, should have been caught early in the process weren't caught until a day before closing... and that was even after conditional approval. Either you or your agent should be prepared to stay on top of Fairway to make sure things move forward. But this was our experience. Please take it in context with the other reviews. If we were to do anything differently, we would have shopped lenders instead of just going with the lender associated with our real estate broker's office. Tanner was our only saving grace during the process. He's the reason this is a 3 star review instead of a one. If you go with Fairway, make sure all communication goes through him."

"Kyle and his his team were absolutely amazing!! They went above and beyond to ensure we could close and move into our house as soon as possible. Even when our builder wanted us to wait until Monday, Kyle and his team reached out to the builder and assured him the funding would be in by Monday AM. This personal service allowed us to move in on Friday instead of waiting until Monday!! Kyle also made sure that we knew exactly what we needed to do to get the best interest rate possible! Because of this we were able to lower our interest rate significantly by the time we closed. I cannot thank Kyle and the team at Fairway enough for everything they’ve done to help us!!!"
