"The some of the girls have worst customer service, they can be so rude and not polite on the phone. The pharmacist is always on his cell phone, rude to patients and rude on the phone. Lack of empathy and compassion. A couple young’s ladies in there are so kind and caring."

"This is a small town pharmacy doing the best they can in a short amount of time. The group will go above and beyond for you if you just allow them time. They understand your needs for prescriptions, keep in mind they can only do what your script shows. They will reach out to your doctor for you or your insurance but that all takes time. Be patient and kind. These are local people and they care. Bailey is sweet, kind hearted person that only wants the best for her customers. I’m always surprised at the kindness and compassion from this hometown local run pharmacy! Not to mention they always try to get you the best price possible! The only reason for four stars instead of five is because of the location, hard to get to sometimes!"

"They do not listen. When charging insurance, refilling scripts or being asked to call when a prescription is filled and often dont deliver when they say they will. Do not recommend using them. I'll drive 30 minutes to walmart before using Evans drugs again."
