"Awful Company!!!! My daughter in law and son were looking at a home for rent. It was gorgeous and they really loved it. They did not think they would get it and the lady called and said if you get a co-signer then the house is yours. She did exactly what she was told and the co-signer has excellent credit. My daughter in law has all of the emails and proof that company is not telling the truth and seems like a scam just to get the credit fee $51.50 from more people. My daughter in law will never use this company and neither will I. When we move back to Arkansas in a couple of years I will be sure never to use them. But as they always say everything happens for a reason. They would have been horrible landlords. Lastly If I were you and reading this, I would never use them. Just my opinion though. First and foremost there was no cussing involved. Quit lying and try to make your company better for applicants. And as I said this is my opinion, I am allowed to have one."

"Not the best customer experience. Have several properties I need managed and they didn’t answer the phone the first 2 times, and I never got a call back (I got tired of calling them). Seems like the “owner” is too busy to gain any new business.."

"Terrible people that take your app fees knowing you dont qualify and barely respond and when they do all properties you were looking into are taken etc. Literally takes as many for one property that apply and all those people lose all that money. Better not have anything on yr credit like old credit cards from years ago etc. They are rude and will take your money. Use anyone else at all except dale lindsey and associates. Those are bad too. People have really lost their minds taking from others when its already hard out. We found a great property through jeff bay properties. Brand new townhomes we qualified for just fine making almost 7000 a month when A1 denied us lol. Thank god because we found a way better property anyways"

"Excellent team of property managers. Very professional and at the same time friendly. You will feel a southern hospitality when interacting with them. Sheila, Bill, Mandi and Ashley all are great to work with. Very quick in responding to repairs. They care for the tenants like they are family. Seeing the negative reviews I am really surprised. I guess it is tough to please everyone. Their rating would be same as their name - A1. Keep up the great work. Thank you."
