"I won't refer anyone to this title company. We got a contract that was like this and very uneased about the whole experience with this company. I asked to speak with someone where she acted like nothing was wrong. Down played the whole thing and was never made aware that the other party was walking away from the contract when its self didn't sit right as well. I have never seen a contract being whittled out ever. I was talked down to multiple times by them when we were saling our house by owner. The other parts wife was a real estate agent where her friend the broker refers this company who was also friends. After I asked to speak with someone she refused to let me talk to anyone saying someone would call me back. Luckily our real estate agent we were looking for a house to buy caught this and let us know about this shady contract."
