"I just joined this gym last week to get back in shape. I have been a member of probably 15 gyms in the last 20 years and I have to say, I am impressed with Everyday Fitness. I love the hands-off approach, and the lack of pressure to see a trainer, or sign up for classes, or up-sales for additional services. There is nothing I find more annoying than joining a gym with a mandatory requirement to have a training session with a trainer. Just leave me alone and let me work out please! As far as equipment and amenities go, they are pretty standard. Some equipment is new, some is outdated. They don't have top of the line machines and there is only one treadmill (only real negative thus far). There is however, plenty of machines that cover pretty much any muscle group, and plenty of free weights and benches. I also love the 24 hour availability. I go early in the morning and there is usually only 2 or 3 other people in the gym. The gym patrons I have seen, seem to follow gym etiquette (replace equipment, don't hog equipment, wipe down after use, don't try to engage in conversations when you're mid set, etc.), and are friendly. Overall I am happy with my decision to join this gym and will likely be a long term member."

"Well if I could give this place a 110 stars I would but the option is only 5. The owner has always went out of her way. The hospitality is amazing it was late at night and my car was stolen. She answered the phone reviewed the camera and came and picked me up from my house after my car was recovered. Being a former business owner I am thankful and grateful for small business that take care of their customers because they care. Thank you everyday fitness! Please support your small business."

"I’m in love with this gym, I love the fact that it’s 24 hours and I enter with a card, the owners are precious & the members are considerate and kind …. BUT… the amenities are my bread & butter.. infrared bed is amazing and the bulbs in the stand up are new… again! If you don’t work out here you’re missing out!"

"The owner is very nice and she's always willing to work with us when we have a problem. She also gets back to us quickly when we call. She even showed me what machine's I should use, since I'm on light duty,and gave a very good tour when we signed up."
