"If i could give -5 stars I would . i have had to set up payments options 5 TIMES with this bank for them to screw it up every single time and now my account is in collections because of their ignorance . Their interest rates are insane and they illegally charge you the interest rates first so you are not really ever making it anywhere with your loan. This bank is the most unorganized bank I have ever dealt with in my life and I will make sure it is known ."

"Received a mail offer and contacted this company, I'm retired and get my check once a month. After talking to ok them I took the loan of 2100. Then I notched after my bank account was overdrawn. I found out they were taking out the $184 every 2 weeks instead of the $184 each month. I have tried to contact this company at least 10 times on there phone number but they refuse to answer. I will try again today to call them, if I do not get and answer I will put a stop payment on my account or close my account they draw on. I can't believe the FTC let's this Bank operate like this and lie and decieve their customers. This is definently predatory leading at it worst."

"Stay as far away from these scammers as you can! Definitely predatory interest rates! They take advantage of people in hard times. I’m a complete idiot and agreed to a $1,400 loan and had to pay back 5X that amount. They are not legit! Nothing was reported to any credit bureaus! Better Business Bureau has been contacted. Do not get involved with them in any way! They need to be shut down!"

"This Loan Company is a scam make sure you go and read their reviews before signing their contract. Their interest rate is entirely too high. If you borrow $1600 you will have to pay back $8895 that’s crazy where is the BBusiness Bureau this is insane."

"Call your creditors immediately if you have taken a loan out from this bank. Figure out what you can do to transfer your balance to an external account or something. Having a nightmare with this disgusting scam bank. I took out a very small emergency loan and was given about 15 lengthy forms to look through. After taking it out, in one small section of one of the forms, I see that I'm meant to pay back about 9 times what I borrowed. Shame on me for not being more careful. But this bank takes advantage of people who need emergency loans. My payoff balance keeps increasing by the day, so even if I pay it in full today, it'll keep increasing tomorrow and every day after until maybe two years from now. Not even an option on their site to remove myself from autopay so I have to call these nasty people. Very angry."
