"This place is going to be sued for child abuse. A woman from a next door business came charging over screaming at my ten year old for riding the metal ride on toy he actually paid for with his own quarter, refused to speak to me (his parent) then literally pushed passed me to leave inba hiff. This woman literally cursed at my children! Definitely reporting this business and left with our wet clothes to go to Lawson for drying because at least there they don't abuse children right in front of the parent. Can't wait to meet with the attorney and chamber."

"It’s quite interesting. This location has several machines closed. I asked the neighboring businesses for a phone number and no one seems to have that. I Google the phone number for the laundry mat and I get easy with an easy loop was also the same location that I asked for a phone number. This sounds like a really big scam. No one needs to use this facility. About 15 minutes after going and visiting the neighbor to businesses looks like a shop foreman come over and see what’s the problem with a real attitude issue. Any location of his problems with this needs Involve Excelsior Springs business bureau."

"Customers lose money in washer, lost $8. No one to call. Washer do not spin out all the way. Washer door won't close. Owner does not keep up maintenance on washer or dryer. What a rip off. Corporate greed of one."
