"This place is terrible. They outrageously raise the rent if you get a 50 cent increase on your paycheck. The bathroom walls in my apartment are stained yellow because of the last tenant smoking in there. The landlord did nothing to clean the walls and the wax on the floors are so cheap that everything sticks to them and makes them super hard to clean. The washers and dryers are in a sperate building and they barely work. They make up new "rules" all the time and don't tell the tenants until it's too late. This place is only good if you have literally no where else to go"
