"If I could give Mike Thorpe zero stars, I would in a heartbeat. Not only was he extremely unprofessional, unorganized, and unreachable, he was less than helpful with ANY problems with the rental. We had a hot water heater that ran out FOR THE DAY in 4 minutes and it took Mike 3 months to even answer the requests for service. When he wasn't dodging our phone calls he was providing us with general "working on it" updates. When he realized we were not going to "forget" about the issues with the house and continue to request a plan of action he angrily requested to SEE the hot water heater for himself. A request that only seemed to prolong the end solution which was replacing the unit. Mike seemed bothered and annoyed that managing rentals was sometimes work."
