"I’m not going to tell anyone what to do but keep this in mind. We ordered a rifle August of 2023. The first weekend of the month. We were told it would arrive to the shop in a couple of weeks. Gave plenty of time for it to arrive. We never hear anything. We stopped in to check told it was shipped and would be here in a week or so. Again gave more than enough time. Heard nothing came back to the store and was told it was back ordered. Hmm how we go from shipped to back ordered I have no idea. So fast forward to 2024. Still have not received a call go to the store. Still no rifle. Store cancels that order and orders from another supplier. Now we are at February/March 2024 still nothing. Check in at the store and they email the rep and tells us he will call mid week and lets us know. Today we go to the store well have not heard from the rep guess follow up by phone is going to happen. At this point it is ridiculous asked to be refunded the money we paid back in August of 2023. Which he has had all long. He slaps a $40 restocking fee on us. WTH RESTOCKING FEE THERE IS NO STOCK!! It is not that he has a product that he needs to sell. There is NO RIFLE to be seen. As far as I can seen he charges for something he can’t supply. I believe that is theft."
