"Horrible customer experience. Rude young teller .I went in to get money off my direct express debit card .also known as ssi. The ATM was not working. The teller wanted $10 to give cash advance from card even after I informed her it was my disability and the card allows advances at all banks thar honor Mastercard at no charge . .the teller refused and laughed at me as I walked away. I called the bank to discuss with manager and was told I would get a call .that was a lie .5 days later ."

"Be advised, it says it’s open until six. That is a lie only the drive-through is open until six so if you have any business that requires you to go inside and you might make a 1 Hour Drive , you’re wasting your time.... Luckily I only found out halfway into my trip instead of all the way there so I can turn around at the halfway mark. What a waste of my time you need to fix your hours listed online. You’re only open until 5 o’clock."
