"Never could get ahold of landlord when needed. Seen her walk into the office and I would go to talk and she would ignore me at the door. It was just to much run around with the land lord save your time and go someplace else"

"Trying to join the community is harder than most properties so far. I've been approved for almost two weeks now and haven't heard anything from anyone. Hopefully I get to update to five stars if someone gets back to me. UPDATE- management of this property has been trying to charge me everything I've already payed to move in plus another month of rent and I've sent bank records and confirmation from Baycrest saying that I had paid in full and they are demanding payment...beware this " community" because once your here they will treat you like an outsider.would give less that one star if I could."

"Had an amazing time at the pool party for memorial weekend. Ready for more events! I can go on and on about how above and beyond this place and ownership has been towards me, but it would be pointless until you come join the wonderful community and find out for yourself!"

"I currently live here and couldn’t be happier. Management is strict but I really appreciate all she does for our community. She will definitely make everyone adhere to the rules and regulations. If your being respectful and complying to the rules then you shouldn’t have any concerns. It’s Nice and quiet, I really feel safe here. I get off work pretty late and love the fact that it’s all bright outside, it’s just another extra bonus. I love my apartment inside and out. It’s nice, cozy, and spacious. I enjoy walking across the street and going golfing it’s been great. The gym is also a bonus I just haven’t utilized it as much as I’d like too. I’ve had to wait a few days for a maintenance request but I realize management doesn’t make vendors schedule. Best place I’ve lived since becoming widowed. I would highly recommend living here."
