"We love the entire team at Mason Road Pediatrics. The doctors are all wonderful, down to earth and very practical in their approach to treating my children. They are polite and always take the time to listen to me and the kids. They run on time 97% of the time (I think we had to wait ONCE for the doctor because he was running behind). The kids also like going to see them (it doesn't hurt that there's a fish tank in the office, free stickers each visit (good stickers, too) and a train in the atrium of the building). The nurses line is great. You can call or text the nurses and they usually get back to you in under an hour. We are always able to get same day sick appointments. They have wonderful drive-through flu clinics in the fall. The other huge bonus is that the office sits in a Children's building that houses many other offices. My son fractured his foot and in the same office visit/building/appointment we went from one office to the next for evaluation, x-rays, consultation and a boot. It is extremely easy to navigate and to work within the building with various doctors. I always recommend this group to anyone looking for a new pediatrician."
