Reviews
"No heat in the winter and no air in the summer. Flooding from recent winter pipe bust, no power in the building. Renters have not been able to retrieve personal items or see damages to personal items. No response when you reach out with questions. Its a bad look to our Vine district."
"Has some good business inside, but the building needs to be updated."
"This building needs a lot of upkeep. It is a historical building but businesses are located inside, which means that things need to be up to par. I go to this place once a month because I have a massage in the building, but the building is always dark, damp, cold , and the bathrooms are never up to requirement."
"The place that I visited provided wonderful service. My issue is that the persons, do not maintain the building. It's dirty inside and out."
"The food was delicious and the live music was great!"
