"I had a client that lived there. It seemed nice. Everyone I met seemed nice. Mostly it was clean. It is low income, however, it was somewhere I wouldn't mind living. Nice day room. WIFI in the building etc. etc. I know that it has been sold and expecting to be rejuvenated. It seems like there wouldn't be a lot to be done IMO. However, my access was mostly on the 3rd floor. Note: due to COVID access was restricted and mask required in common arears."
