"What a cool castle like feel to the place, and to go see birds of prey there was really unexpected- I mean didn’t all castles have a falconer to get dinner for the feasts, and a few wise owls floating around giving advice? This one did! It’s looks like a place that can be used for banquets or receptions and has a really cozy feel with the fire places. Loved the experience of Eagle Days there!"

"We hosted a wedding there. The hall was good. It served it's purpose and we all had a nice time. The biggest down side was several of our guests got speeding tickets coming into the park. So instead of giving these people a warning, each ticket was in the $200 and $300 range. Some of these guests were from out of town. Our guests were getting pulled over one after the other! This really put a damper on things when your hoping to have a nice wedding reception. Maybe Wyandotte County should put flashing lights up or better speed limit signs. Never going back here again!"

"We had our wedding ceremony and reception here at the end of September and it was beautiful. There are a few tricky things to consider; there is no sound system included, very little space for the bridal party to get ready, and if you get married in the fireplace room the open entryway to the kitchen is right next to where the ceremony would be. We ended up moving all of the chairs from the fireplace room into the already-setup-for-eating stage room after the ceremony to allow for room to put serving tables. It took some brainstorming but ended up being the perfect place to get married."

"Had my brothers engagement here. Very nice venue. The rental allows from 8 am-12 midnight! The police officers patrol at night and are SUPER friendly! You are allowed to use the space as you please! Tables and chairs provided. As well as fully functioning kitchen!"
